This was our last stop in Greece and it was the worst way to end our beautiful trip (our hotels on the islands were amazing with amazing staff). First off my husband notified the hotel staff that we were on a honeymoon and she said she would "upgrade our room". The room was the complete opposite of an upgrade. The sheets did not get changed the 3 nights we were there even when we asked the staff multiple times, how do I know (there was a unique stain on the bottom that appeared on the sheets each night--I took pictures each night). I received a rash from my stay here (both my hands, ears, and chest. Secondly, the soap and lotion that was attached by glue on the mirror fell the first night. The AC wasn't functionally properly the last night. There were tons of little black bugs (my husband killed at least 10). When we notified the staff member he insisted that we opened a window and that was the only way to get the bugs, we never opened any window because there was dust in the air (from Africa you check the news for exact dates). He kept saying that is was our fault for the bugs. Lastly, the handheld phone in the room did not work only the speaker system but the volume kept cutting in and out. The phone was replaced but we were charged for placing a local phone call to order food--really charging for local calls, should have just placed the call on our cell phones since we had international plans. We paid for breakfast and that was probably the only good thing so I will give them one star, the food not the staff. We asked one of the workers who was putting pastries away for coffee and she rudely told us to wait at the table and we informed her that we had been waiting for 15 minutes. Overall for the price we paid we expected better service. Highly recommend another hotel if you're staying in Athens.

Great staff. Very patient and helpful. Amazing views of the Acropolis! A little too far away from main sight seeing points, but that's no fault of the hotel. Still within walking distance...at least one way. Great hotel!

We only stayed one night as we were joining a Silver Seas cruise the next day. I have to be honest and say our room was OK, it showed signs of age, such as chips in wardrobe doors etc but, the staff and the food are amazing. From the check in to the chap who welcomed us to the restaurant we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and considerate attitude. People often say that nothing was too much trouble, here they really do mean it. As for our early evening meal, We were stunned at the quality and taste. We highly recommend this hotel, you must visit the spa area, again a charming and helpful team.

Wonderful rooms and excellent restaurant for dinner. Great service too. Good location and nice facilities. The lounge is very nice as is the bar. And 200 characters is way too much. Trip Advisor make it shorter or no one will review anything.

Rooms are wide and very comfortable. Food is delicious. People at the reception, restaurant and the cleaning department were very friendly and did their job very well. Views from the top roof are amazing, with the Acropolis in front.
